  • How do I know my ring size?

  • My ring has arrived, but it's the wrong size! What should I do?
    Send us an email! Send us an email at and let us know which product you bought and what issue you have with the product. If the ring you got is not the size you ordered we will cover the cost of shipping for you and after receiving your item we will send you a new item of the correct size. If the ring you got is the size you ordered, but still doesn't fit you, you can ship it back to us and we will size it for you for free! (You will only have to cover the cost of shipping!) ***Make sure to send us an email before shipping your item to us.
  • How do I know what size chain to get?

  • Can I pay extra for express shipping?
    In some cases we may be able to offer you express shipping at a cost. If you would like to discuss the possibility of purchasing express shipping please contact us at +1 (506) 743-6317. Make sure to call us about express shipping before placing your order, or else your package may have already been sent through normal shipping.
  • How long is shipping time? \ When should I expect my package to arrive?
    We try to ship your items as fast as possible, in some cases you may receive your package within a couple of days, but shipping can take up to 10 business days. Keep in mind that our location is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so if you order on these days you can expect a longer shipping time.
  • How much does it cost for shipping?
    Shipping within Canada is always included our prices. No extra cost will be added to your bill for shipping.
